Razor Edge help : no Ceramic/ Hyper Flex

Just need to turn on the Hyper Flex for a second each time you adjust the segment. Probably easier to have a second person like the installer help you. That's pretty much what we did last week. Tried lp 4,5,6, 7 to no ava. Each time, peoduct ahot up to the tip, then nothing came out the RainBar / HyperFlex.

Do you see product going through the tubes going out to the bay? Best way is to have a colored chem hooked up for visual confirmation, Our profile has a dema solenoid for each product and one failed and took down every function because they daisy-chained the power for each solenoid. I can't remember if the Razor hyperflex has a solenoid on the bridge for each function/chemical.

Im about 95% sure it is gonna ve somethin simple. When we put the product tube on the tip, it shoots up fast as lightning. But then does NOT go out to the bridge!! 😰🧐
Wish we had a WW tech on here, like Ryko & PDQ.

Sorry to hear that coach. Do you have a way to purge that line without using the Washworld pump? You’d have to rig up some connectors, but maybe get some straight water pushed through to see if it goes anywhere.
