Razor issue

Hey guys, I’m having an issue with my razor. It is stopping at the very last past before the dryer, which is spot free rinse. It starts at the front of the vehicle then comes down the driver side, then across the rear and stops at the passenger rear while the blue arm faces the exit door. It throws the max runtime motors and solenoids alarm. Does anybody know what I need to check to fix this issue?

Make sure all of your prox sensors are a credit card thickness away from the star wheel. If the prox gets too far away and misses a count the machine will just stop. 3 proxes for the arch rotate, 1 for the bridge and 1 for the carriage.
The 3 stop proxes typically won't cause this fault (IIRC) if out of adjustment. They'll just let the bridge slam against the rail stops

They are. And the star wheel you are referring to is the trolley counter correct? It only has 1 prox switch on it. It also isn’t slamming at the end of the rail. It’s going to the rear of the vehicle so it never makes contact with that enter limit plate on the rail

there is another prox and star wheel (flag) on the bridge motor. its located on the passenger side above where the arch parks. This is the one I'd suspect being an issue.

Sounds like an arch rotate issue, given the arch is facing the exit and not making the turn to come up the passenger side. So this could be 1) bad swivel 2)bad arch position prox 3) bad bridge pulse with bad bridge home end of track limit switch

I’ve listed possible cause in the order I suspect to be most likely. If your high pressure swivel is bad it can hang up repeatedly in the same spot and wash pass as different pass pressures effect the worn swivel differently
