Finally got my razor up and running and it has been doing awesome, but every once and awhile it overshoots home and parks with the arm in front of the back up eye. I moved the flag back a bit and have only had it happen once since then. Belts are tensioned according to the manual. Not sure where else to look other than maybe a slower final pass. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

On the Washview page goto:

Program Menu > Initial Setup > Rail and Bay Setup

Here is a screenshot of mine.

I have all my washes programmed to finish at rear of the car.
Then when the car is leaving it moves home at a pretty slow pace.

Make sure your sensors are close to the plate. I ve had to adjust the home plate on
one install occasion a couple times to get it just right.

I had the same issue with my machine for a while when it was new. I can't remember exactly what I did to finally remedy it but I think it had to do with adjusting the Home position Prox/target a few times to get it just right. I never went into the computer and adjusted any of the settings. I didn't even know that was an option.

Took a look at my setup screen this morning and my slowdown is set at 4p. I assume turning this closer to the 10p would solve this. Everything on this screen is locked and I'm not sure what the default login is to change these settings.

Update: I called tech support to get the default login info and I was told that the sensor boxes should be mounted so that the arm will be in the middle of the sensors while the machine is against the hard stop. That would be at least 6 inches farther forward than the drawings show (133" off center is spec) I was able to slide them about 1-1/2" and everything seems to be working fine this far.
If anyone happens to look at their wash I am curious to know if your washes park against the stop or away. Mine seems to average 4-5in off it how it's currently setup after adjusting sensors.
Thanks for all the input!
