We are experiencing an issue with the LP1 pass on our Wash World Razor that is barely a year old. During the pass the air is pulsating out of the arch and there is minimal soap being produced. The LP2 pass is working perfectly. I took apart the solenoid, checked for a blockage or bad diaphragm; everything looked fine. I also replaced the injector. The air pressure for LP1 and LP2 is currently set at 25psi. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks in advance!

Did you takeoff the check valve and check it? Sometime the spring gets dislodged, or even falls apart. This will keep full flow from going through. I learned this the hard way---I replaced the solenoid and the pump. Ended up being stupid check valve.

maybe a cut in the line delivering lp1? something simple by the sounds of it.

i'd try disconnecting back close to the pump that dispenses product and see if there is good flow. start there.

Most likely the 1/2" check valve for the LP2 product has failed, and is allowing LP1 to back flow.

Check both 1/2" SS check valves on the product manifold. Typically the O-Ring will have come apart, and has jammed one of them open.
