The so-called Supreme Court has gotten out of hand. Most just accept its findings as the ultimate fact. The country and government was set up to have three separate and coequal branches, the legislature, the executive and legal. That’s it. How did the court become the ones in charge?

The three branches of the Federal Government are legislative (Congress), executive (The President), and the judicial (the Federal Courts) so yeah they are some of the ones in charge. They interpret the constitution.

Interpret yes, but who put them in charge of the other two branches? I think it goes way back to a case called Brown vs Board of Education. It just doesn’t sit well with me that the men in black tell everyone else what to do.
