Reclaim System Questions

Hello,
I am looking at a SS carwash with reclaim system, its about 25 years old. How long do they last? What should I be looking for when I see it? Common Issues? How much do they cost? What is the maintnance required? Any and all advise would be helpful.

What type is it? Do you know if it is required in your area? How much is the water/sewer per thousand gallons there?

Its not required in the area, from what I understand Its a closed loop system, Water either goes through reclaim or drains to the rear retention grass area or sprinklers move the water to the grass.
