Does anyone have a great recomendation for a self serve bay triple foam gun applicator that really works / really foams and does not cost an arm and a leg?

The trick to good foaming is in the generator above the boom (unless you use the GinSan guns which are something like $150 apiece). I've got to make a bunch - I'll post some pictures. I use the Hamel triple foam gun, which is just a triggerless gun, 3/8" in and a 1/4" stub to hold a tip protector and tapped inside 1/8". Kleen-Rite has some very large 1/8" tips for them. I use the 2540 tip.

I woul dlike to see this - made a few out of pvc.. but they look sort of wonky.. would be great to have a standard gun that lasts and actually works.

My guns are actually rusting apart from the inside and falling off. I just ordered a set of these to replace them all - hopefully the stainless will last longer. They're only like a dollar more than the steel pipe ones.
