Rehab Car Wash

I have three car washes in the Lakeland Florida area. The first one has 19 year old Magic Wang equipment with 3 bay SS and a 5 year old auto Istoball, 5 vacs and 3 Fragamatic pedestal shampoos. The second one is 14 year old equipment 4 SS and touchless automatic and third 10 years old with 2 automatics one touchless and one friction with 3 SS.

I am thinking of rehab starting with the oldest one.

My thoughts are good luck, I'm an operator with a 20 year old facility, also, in Lakeland, Florida and to be honest I am scratching my head trying to figure out where your sites are located. Hopefully, you have looked around the area since there are 2 brand new Express tunnels under construction as we speak in addition the two established Express Tunnels north and south of town, plus the 3 Full Service Tunnels, with one of them being a Mister Car Wash acquisition site.
Personally, I have just completed replacing Automatics with new equipment this summer and will be upgrading my SS bays with HydraFlex chemical delivery systems.
My only thoughts are you should begin rehabbing to keep your sites up to date
