Relay call scam

It's back. Get a "relay call" purportedly from a hearing or speach impaired person. Supposedly they are in KS and want cars towed to my wash for cleaning. They want to know if I accept credit cards.

I tell them we need to correspond via e-mail. It will be quicker. Long story short I ask what lcoiation they are inquiring about. They said the one near Denver where th cars are going. I ask if Niles Illinois is OK. They say great.

Then they ask for a price quote and want me to add $1500.00 to the credit card they will give me so they can pay the "Tower" who does not take credi cards.

I tell them no, but I know someone who can help them and suggest they contact the FBI (Gave them the phone # ) and ask for the cyber crime division.

They need to run a smarter scam. They called the other day, and waxman had told me about it. They wanted to tow 10 escalades from NY to ND for detailing.
1800 mi might be pushing it. I asked for their phone number , but they hung up.
It was my first ever detailing call also.
