Recently purchased a Navigator Pro Touchless with 700 washes. I want to be able to remotely access the control scree via internet. The manual has instructions but it uses internet explorer to gain access. The computer I use has Edge and when I use username and password from manual access is denied. Could previous owner have changed username and/or password? Are there more compatible methods of access currently available?
