Looking to replace my Hanna (80') conveyor. Any input on which brand, type and where to buy.

We recently replaced our conveyor with one from Motor City Wash Works. Couldn't be happier with it. Built like a tank with great customer service backing it up.

Your profile says location "Midwest" If you are near Chicago you might want to check out AVW. Nice to be able to go and get parts. Just put in my 4th one.

Replacing my 25 year old Econocraft front wheel pull with a Belanger rear wheel push. Very excited. Will report.

If your in Michigan I would think Motor City or Belanger would be the way to go.

Put in another vote for Motor City. We did a new 118' conveyor from them a few months ago. The support is great and they make a great conveyor. It's built to last.

I think both are quality manufacturers. Which is less expensive? If you have to go through a distributor use the best one.

Last November, we gutted our tunnel except for the conveyor and replaced everything with Belanger. We wanted to do volume faster with no prep and it has performed admirably. There have been some hiccups but all has been corrected. In exchange for a two year commitment to Turtle Wax chemical, we got a break on equipment and the install. This and near perfect washing conditions will allow us to install a new Belanger conveyor next month.

I'm looking into the no prepping method.

What did Belanger offer that lets you not prep?

My prep guys (Me) are all complaining about the effects of pressure washing with prep guns on our hands. If I can stop prepping I will!
