So I have a GinSan water softener system and once I installed the new self-serve equipment, which is three bays and added an another touch free automatic which now that gives me two automatics. I am getting resin that is coming through my system and is clogging up my jets in the arch and also contaminating the vowels for the self-serve equipment so I installed new tubes and rebuilt the tanks with new resin bees and stones even replaced the O-rings in the head of the unit and every day I come in and I have to suck out the beads to try and keep them out of the valves. Anybody have any idea what I can do to get this taken care of?

When you rebuilt the softener, did you inspect, or replace the bottom basket (on the bottom of the riser)?

Are you referring to the basket that looks like a ice cream cone with the screen that is attached to the white 1 inch pipe that comes up into the head

So I suspect either the lower basket is broken, or the top of the riser is not seated properly in the bottom of the valve. Maybe the oring that should go around the top of the riser is missing?

Water comes in the tank at the top, trickles down through the resin, goes into the bottom basket, up through the riser, and into the valve. Flow is reversed during a backwash.
