One of the PCB boards is bad and EXPENSIVE to replace if you can determine which one, I was done chasing this problem down with my Ryko Equipment and replaced my doors with the Ginsan replacement faceplate.

Those keypad timers should be able to power up without anything connected to it. I'd power down that coinbox, disconnect the additional cables except for power, then try powering it up. Next, I'd try to get into programming mode. Press and hold the MODE, and SELECT buttons simultaneously. While holding the MODE and SELECT buttons, press and release the RESET button. Continue to hold the SELECT and MODE buttons until the MAIN MENU appears on the display. If that doesn't appear, you likely have a timer that's been shorted out. It's possible it could be one of the other boards, but I'd test that timer first.
