Rowe BC-200 coin jumping out

I have a BC-200 and if the customer takes coins out before it finishes the drop every now and then it will kick a coin off the flapper and drop inside the box. Is there a easy fix for this? Some kind of shield?

I've had several Rowe BC-200 changers and never ran into anything like that. The BC-200 has escrow buckets in the coin dispenser assembly for a 1 or 5 dollar payout. Once a bill is accepted, it opens an escrow bucket and dumps either 4 quarters for a $1 payout or 20 quarters for a $5 payout all at once. All the coins should be in the coin cup before the customer even grabs it. Is this a factory Rowe changer or have you installed a Mars conversion kit?

There should be a shroud around the drop point inside to prevent that from happening, sounds like someone removed it.

Problem solved. I did not get the shroud back on right. Thanks Guys
