Rusted Safe head

Have a flor safe with a head like an SS safe with combo lock. Maybe I hadn't opened in a year. did the combo and when i turned to the right to slide the bolts the hndle wouldn't turn. Tied harder and handle starts to "Ratchet" Applied WD 40 and let soak overnight. Applied heat. No luck. Please PM me with easies solution.

You might try a hammer/pressure to push the head "down" to releave any resistance on the "studs". It could be be one small location with rust/resistance.

What Bill said; WD-40 around the head (not into the dial), try to get the head loose where you can turn it. Either rust is pushing up on the head or the bolts themselves have rusted.

The head now rotates without resitance so the bolts are not kamme agaist the shell.

Maybe try a different product designed to break rust. I've had pretty good luck with a product called PB Blaster, which they sell at my local Lowes.
