Ryko 10163-111 / Where to Buy?

I've searched the internet high and low and can't find anyone selling a wheel scrub gear reducer for a Ryko Softgloss. Does anyone have a source for this part?

Electra gear supplies most gearboxes to ryko. Ryko will usually have them put in a slightly different ratio and make it an exclusive part to ryko only. On a wheel scrubber it would not matter if one turns slightly different speed than the other. For machine drives it would make a difference.
