Who here has reinserted the glass with black rubber frame to a Ryko Bi-Fold Door, I have been trying to install this damn thing back in the door and it won't go in, I've tried numerous ways and I'm afraid to break something because Ryko discontinued making these doors, WAY too over engineered especially the control box.

Steve, those windows are extremely tight. Best way to install a replacement window is to insert the rubber gasket into the door frame, then slide the window pane into position. We would recommend a lot of dishwashing soap or equivalent to lubricate it as you work it into position. Use a small screwdriver or something to move the gasket around the bottom edge.

(I don't know what these doors are. I'm using what I learned on a hardtop Jeep window with a rubber frame) Put a nylon cord/rope into the rubber gasket, all the way around. Then put the window into place. Pull the cord out toward you to pull the gasket out around the window.
