Recently I have been getting Code 29 (Bay Temp Alarm) on my SoftGloss it's 60 degrees outside the buzzer will sound and the blowdown option kicks on says in my book K57 is the relay to check but upon looking for it on my softgloss there is no K57 relay in the softgloss or in the control box on the wall how does one go about fixing this???

Steve, your Softgloss was built with the frost protect option, but the frost protect relay is actually K47 which connects to PLC output Y47. On your machine, as it is network arming, there won't be an external thermostat. Most likely you have a temp sensor on the network that has failed. Please go into sensors on your coinboxes to see what the temp reading is displaying. You can also see what the network temperature is reading by looking at timer D516 with your HPP.

I was mistaken on the network temp affecting frost protect blow-down.

Is PLC input X57 turned on? If so, there is an external thermostat that goes to that input.

Yes X57 is on but I disconnected the wire from the PLC so it won't keep sounding the horn and blowing out the lines, I cannot find the external thermostat anywhere on the machine or in the bay boxes. I figured it ran off the temp from the coinbox.

I just sent you a drawing to your email account. It sounds like your thermostat is likely bad. It should be onboard the machine under the control cabinet on the right side of the machine.
