Thank you for everyone's interest in the Softgloss MAXX 3. First, I do want to clarify that this machine is NOT a rebranded Karcher. While it's roots come from some of the prior 3 brush machines we've worked with in the past, it has been completely redesigned from the ground up. We've been life-cycling a unit in-house which now has over 10K washes to date.

We do have a few early units that have been out in the field for the last few months, and we are pleased to say that they have been operating extremely well. While we've implemented a couple of improvements and updated these machines, we've held over 97% up-time since they were installed. These machines are in AZ and PA. If you would like to visit one of these machines, please talk to your territory direct area manager, and they will be happy to offer a demo for you.

We will have a unit at ICA, and hopefully everyone can stop by the booth and take a look!

Darin, please private message me so I can look at one in Arizona. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get Ryko to tell me where I can see one and no one at the factory would give up the location to my distributor.

aca, Istobal recognized the need to speed up the wash, and now has newer motors that can shave a couple of minutes off a deluxe wash. There are also programming options to allow faster cycles where you have two things being done on one pass.
