first presoak pass is drawing too much chemical. noticed going through quicker than normal. first measurement was 5 oz., next 2 vehicles were about 10oz each. i think the norm is about 2 oz. i left the tube in during the 2nd pass to make sure it wasn’t drawing then as well and it was not. this radius is a little over 1 year old. any ideas?

it does have flow gauges but i’m not sure about adjustments besides putting different size tips in the injector.?

Mine has Dema adjustable injectors. I don't know what your setup has.
If the injection flow changed, then something else changed to increase the flow. Could be the water flow past the injector reduced for some reason. That would increase the vacuum past the injector.

Just some ideas of what to look for.
If it's only a year old, you should be able to get support from Ryko or your distributor.

I had a Radius before I switched to my Petit. From my recollection the adjustable Dema injectors were only for the drying agent and surface sealant?

presoaks were controlled by colored tips pre solenoid. I’d check both

yes, the adjustable dema injector is only on those. i am using the hydra-flex injectors with the colored dema metering tips for the presoaks
