Ryko,Soft Gloss closing exit door too soon

How do I increase the open time delay on the exit door. It will close the door while the customer is still sitting in the wash position, before he exits.

There isn't a timer that controls that. It's usually based upon a photoeye or loop detector transitioning at the end of the wash. If it is a photoeye and they are going in/out of alignment, it could think the car has passed so it would close the door.
