We are having problems with top brush shutting off at the top of the windshield and and the rest of the machine finishing the cycle and the machine stopping in the back of the bay when it's suppose to start the spot free pass dryers run like normal. The machine stays in back of the bay and when you enter money in access machine it says wait for wash to finish car. Thanks for any help

Can you tell me what program and revision is installed in the machine? The top brush would be shutting off due to top brush interrupt occurring. This function will vary depending on machine vintage.

Do you have the ability to retrieve the 4 digit diagnostic codes from the machine either via an HPP or from a Code A Wash console? This will help to diagnose an issue if the machine is stopping at the rear. If you can get this, each code includes 5 pieces of information including sequence codes, wash count, etc. All of this information will help to determine where the machine is at during the wash to help determine cause.

We have not had the wash long, how do I go about witch program is installed, and all we have is a 2 digit display that is giving me a machine not at home code.

If you stand at the exit side of the machine looking back towards the machine, If you look at where the top brush pivot mounts on the left side, you should see a blue serial number plate. Can you tell me what the serial number is on that plate?

Do you have a Code-A-Wash or Site Server connected to your machine? If so, I can tell you how to print diagnostic codes.

Will the serial number be 4 digits? It is very worn and it is a code-a-wash and i have the diagnostic codes that are in the owners manual. It is only giving me the code machine not at home. I keep reading in all the manuals to hook up a programer for differant settings or adjustments but can not find the name of the programmer or program for a laptop anywhere to try and find one.
