Same as used on the drives for the touchless washes. You can get relacements belts from Astromatic in Texas a bit cheaper. You should also be able to pick them up at your local bearing supply/ industrial belt store also. Take a small chunk in so they can match pitch of the teeth. Just looking at yours it looks like it got hung up on something and then released causing it to slam down and break the belt.

I know you have had a few belts fail recently, but we've had great success since moving to the Kevlar. At your site, we found a couple of issues that were contributing to a bind as the top dryer and top brush were lifting. These were initially due to a bow in the track alignment about 8-10' from the exit end, and also a tight tolerance on the lifting brackets of the dryer. This is why we have replaced both of these at your location. This helped to provide more room for the brackets to travel without getting pinched. As mentioned above, I agree that it does look like the belt clamp may be pinched slightly, and that also could have contributed to the failures in the Kevlar. About two weeks ago, they installed a stainless steel belt design, and hopefully that will resolve the issues you have experienced. The technician and territory have been working directly with myself and the Director of Engineering to escalate the concern, and hopefully we have the issues behind us. Those failures are not normal for our other sites.
