I need to buy a hand held any one have one for sale? I checked all the proxys and they seem alright they all light up the plc when I pull them in and go off when the bushes go out. It weird that the buzzer does not go off when they pull in everything else seems fine until the wash gets to the front. It does the soap pass then the brushes start up and travels to the front As soon as it get to the front the lights turn green but the door does not open until you come off the treadle. For some reason my brushes don't come in on the first pass it started this a couple years ago. Im hoping the tec comes out tomorrow but might be the end of the week before I can get the handheld on it. Thanks
If you have no handheld to verify, I would just change the front arm in mac valve. Have you checked CB1?

Is the main one a 3/4 inch 24v or 1/2 I might just pick one up one the way to the wash.
The main wash water valve should be a 1" valve. It is more likely that the coil has failed rather than the valve though. The coil would likely be pulling down the voltage until the CB trips in the case of what Steve is seeing.

The 3/4" line is the fresh water and the 1" hose is the wash water (closer to the boom)
This may vary by vintage of machine, but most machines are 1" for both the wash water and rinse water. An RO valve is 3/4".

Thanks Guys it was the water solinoid I replaced the coil and solinoid and while I was up there I did the other one also. The best par is I called my tec and told him not to bother but he was not going to make it out today anyways. Does any one know where I can order a hand held from online. I only use the tec really for his hand held but hes in no rush and normally is 3 days wait for him to come out. Thanks for the help

Ryko has the HPP available, but if you are able to find them online, please use a little caution. The ones we use do have proprietary software installed to bring up the various screens used in troubleshooting. In other words, it allows you to pull up the setups, diagnostics, etc. If you use one that you get somewhere else, you could probably look at inputs/outputs, but it won't access the other areas.

That is to program the CMD "Customer Message Display" in the bay and doesn't have anything to do with programming the machine.
