Both Robert and Kevin are correct. In the Midwest the weather has been wet, the economy has been difficult and the market is overbuilt. We have seen a horrible loss of jobs in Michigan. Third world countries (low paying jobs / no jobs)do not have car washes. Many of us have suffered volume losses in the range of 40-50% over the past decade. Not good!
