Has anyone bought salt wholesale? By the pallet etc. is so where.

Salt is a commodity and may vary by locale. I buy the pallet for de icing. I am in Chicago. Are you near Chicago?

You're going to be pretty limited on price by the pallet from local sellers unless someone will ship you a full pallet with no freight charge.
