My dear friends,I just came back from the southwest car wash Association Expo in Arlington had a great time. the atmosphere was warm and friendly, the association members were happy to answer my questions directly and didn't give me the runaround. The speakers and classes were above average and the vendors were knowledgeable and the products were diverse, something for everyone. I enjoyed the food, I missed Casino night but I was told a good time was had by all. I'd like to give a special thank you to Ron Ingram. As a first-time conventionair it was great to meet someone so personable and willing to answer any question no matter how basic or trivial it might seem. I'd also like to mention a special thank you to Phil Tutt. Again good people that are happy to help. This was a great first-time experience. I can't wait to see everyone again next year, Thanks again,Pete.
