Seeping spray wands in each bay

This is one of my 4 internal pumps. The blue line is city water. The red line is gravity fed from my internal tank. Obviously, if I turn off each line the water flow stops. I would think a pressure control valve at the supply "out" line would assist(the black line on the other side of the pressure control regulator). I'm purely guessing here. Some concrete advise would be beneficial.

That advice is in your previous thread. Starting another thread on the same problem only confuses things.
