I am currently using an older JC Coleman; Money Manager system for my self serve bay business. Has anyone replaced this same with another system? If so... What system has worked the best? Also... Has anyone ever tied the new Laurel Electric venders into any such programs?

Shining Times,

I would definitely define what is most important & pertinent to you before getting in too deep.

In our dog wash we have the reliable Laurel Electronic drop shelves working with our PLC. From our remote viewing on any network of our Touchscreen ... or on the Touchscreen itself we can see the number of specific vends & reset the counts when the shelves are filled. For sales tax compliance we also log from the Touchscreen info into a simple database program from which we can easily define & output whatever pertinent reports we need. Spreadsheets could also be an alternative. We happen to use MS Access ... hopefully someone will chime in on another database program just a user friendly & possibly even more practical.

Most of our equipment at our laundromat, car n dog wash takes coins ... so just automatically transferring the pertinent subtotals & total as we count within our Cummins Coin Counter makes sense for us. The automatic transfer of the audit info & reset through a serial port on our two Standard 60EF Changemakers also makes sense for us.
