couldn't help but notice the buy price in 2017 and the sell now. nice job. Did you buy it intending to flip as a turnkey or did it just work out that way? I have thought about selling mine and just doing reno and flip. The industry needs more of that. It's just hard to sell them when the income starts to soar and that's exactly when you should.
