I have Cryptopay at several of our washes but it has always been either self serve bays or IBA's. Recently I converted a Hamilton ACW to Crypto and so now I have SS bays and an IBA combined at that location. Is there anyway to get the monthly totals separated by business type such as Bays, Automatics, Vacuums etc? Thanks

After you figure that out I would like to be able to separate my 2 different locations on 1099k's. I have told worldpay they need to be separated because they are 2 totally separate businesses but every year they are combined.

How is that even possible that they’re combined Sparkey? The two locations ought to have separate merchant numbers and Tax ID’s right?
We have 7 washes, all are separate S corps or LLc’s, all have their own Tax ID’s, a separate checking account for credit card income and separate merchant ID’s.

When you are a sole proprietorship LLC your tax ID is your SSN. But yes they are different merchant accounts, but they still combine the income on the 1099K. They refuse to separate it for me. Got to love world pay.

When you are an LLC you get an EIN and don't use your SSN for tax ID.

Site analytics will work. You have to have the newer card readers with the gray wires for SS/Bay income if you want to also track cash sales.

I called Cryptopay yesterday and inquired about Site Anylytics to see if it was what I’m looking for. They were nice enough to turn it on for me for free for a month or so to try it out. Looked at it real quick and I think it will do the job. $180/year for a site, comes down to $133/site I think with multiple sites.
