The last time I made one I used a piece off a stainless kickplate for a door. I used a pair of crescent wrenches to bend it into a paddle.

Maybe can use stainless corner braces on the threaded rod. I think they have 1” or 1.5” stainless braces at Home Depot

I was thinking more of a round stainless disc. Drill a hole in the center for the threaded rod. Then cut curved slots with a cut off wheel and bend them slightly to create a low effect propeller. Attach to a drill and mix at low speed to prevent aeration.

You aren't going to aerate the chemical no matter what you use as long as you don't intentionally pull the paddle to the top and blend in air.

I was trying to get creative with off the shelf parts since earlier you indicated you don't have the capacity to make something. I may try building one with the stainless angle brackets and twisting one end to make a propeller action. Should be pretty easy I think - all thread, 2 nuts, and 1-2 brackets.

This might work. The head is 3.25 inches but is polypropylene so it might compress enough to get into and out of the opening in a 5 gallon container.
