1:10 at $1 for fragrance - I kept increasing it until about half the customers were putting the gun away with some time left. At 30 seconds most were leaving the gun on the ground. I watched a guy at another wash start the machine on fragrance, turn to his car which was locked, then he fished out his keys and opened the
door, grabbed the gun and didn't figure out to press the button until right as the time ran out, so he chucked it on the ground. IMO it's not worth a ****ed off customer, even if it's his fault, over a few cents of fragrance.
4:00 at $1 for shampoo - figured they'd spend more vacuuming up all the foam. Each combo unit makes about $4,000 a year.
