Shurvend touchpad acting up

I have a Shurvend (AMS rebrand as Randy will point out) and the touchpad has multiple numbers that will register as the #3 when pressed. Do you think the touchpad is done with or could it be the cable? Did not see any obvious issues or kinks in it. Best place to buy a replacement? Anything else I should check before replacing?

Ive had the touchpad go flakey on mine twice, I was told its not an uncommon problem. Replacement is easy to do, you can get it from anybody that sells AMS parts.

My machine is a Sensit 3, but there are 2 different keypads available. One is regular, one says for AMS Outsider only. Anyone know what Shurvend used?

I actually took a stab and called Jim, he answered. Said he used outsider parts. Figured as much, but wanted to be sure.
