We have just completed the tweaking and testing of our vendor's MDB software with the Exacta System (Exact One) that ties all the equipment on a wash site together in one software operation. This allows fleet and credit cards to be integrated together so it requires only one card processor for the whole wash. We are moving closer and closer to a cashless car wash. Won't that be great for vandalism exposure!! We have had credit card clearing before but not always the same processor. Now we can use only one!!. We are in the process of integrating the Exacta System into our vendor for a customer in Utah.

We can also do this with WashCard and soon we hope to add more of the other credit card providers to our compatibility list. If you want a certain system in your wash, we can work together to make it happen for the vendor along with all the other equipment at the wash.

We will ship our first vendor next week with the Exacta credit card system installed. There is a card reader and display secured into our mask along with the vendor's own display, selection buttons, bill validator, and coin changer. A bit of a tight fit but it works. The customer can now accept any kind of payment for vending products and drinks at his wash.

Our thanks to Jonathan @ Exacta for tweaking the software to make this happen.

We just talked to the customer that installed the Exacta (Exact One) system into their new wash and we asked him how the Exacta system was doing. He said it was working very well. All of the bays, vacs, and our vending machine were tied together in the computer and all credit cards were cleared through one company. Sounds good to me.

Now if we could just get Unitec, ICS, and Hamilton's D.A.N. system to do the same thing.
