I do not intend to make my identity on the Internet as visible as yours.
Anyway, no need for you to find the truth. You believe what you want to believe but be assured there are other places on this planet that just work a bit different than yours. I only want to make potential new operators (like this operator I mentioned) aware that all that glitters is not gold - especially in the carwash industry.
BTW while we are at it: Today, 1603 post and not even a single "Thank-you" to another poster...man, you must know it all! ;)

“…man, you must know it all!”

I do know quite a bit. No apologies there.

“Today, 1603 post and not even a single "Thank-you" to another poster...”

What in the world does this have to do with me suggesting ways to cure a sick business?

“Anyway, no need for you to find the truth.”

Sour grapes, like I said.

Hello Bob, I know of several "sick" IBAs here in FL, mostly small towns. The sites are also small so that adding any kind of conveyor simply will not fit. Suggestions? As Ross Perot used to say, "I'm all ears." Or maybe that was O'Bama.

hmmmmmmm. either way if your not a full time repairman that know electric, plumbing, marketing, and has a pocket full of lucrative cash at all times and willing to work 24/7 your screwed. I have 2 in bay DS 5000's now approaching 15 years old, not paid for. I still don't completely understand the machines even though they are somewhat simple to operate. if your not a handyman or have a hobby buy a laundry.
