Side Trac no-start

my wash (superior side trac 700) won't start the sequence for a wash. thought it was a bad treadle pad but jumped that out and eliminated it being the issue.

on my plc, I find that my omron srm1 master control unit has a red ERC light comes on 3 seconds after the booster pump comes on. machine sits and sprays presoak till it times out (15 sec). then says ganrty travel rear error.

the presoak starts but the machine will not move. it does move manually.

Does it have a low water cut off that may be bad just a thought

We found a low power alert on a 24vdc power supply that we traced back to a dema 401p 24vdc valve for presoak 1 air.

when the wire to the valve was removed, we got the wash to start.

this was a tough problem because it was challenging to watch the gantry panel while starting a wash, but once we did it was evident that there was a 24vdc power supply issue.
