signage estimate

We are looking to get 1 sign on our building, and one big one on a pole (empty pole already exist) by the road. Any idea what we should put in our estimate? Anyone want to share pictures of what you have and the cost? Thanks in advance!
 
We put a 6x10 dbl sided sign up, looked real nice. Only $800, but it was done by a company that wraps things. Sign company wanted $3800!!!
In hindsight, I should've went 8x12
