Single Door Vac Suction issue- no clue

Have a JE Adams single door vac with 20% suction.

Replaced:

-2 motors
-2 motor gaskets
-Door gasket
-Filter Bags
-Cleared hose/reconnected

No clue why there is still an issue. No plugs holes on the base of the vac either, so it's not that. Any ideas?

When starting up do you see one of the motors delay start? If so it may not have power to it and is running backward from suction across the fan. Verify with a clamp on multimeter that it is indeed pulling power. You instead could disconnect one of them to see which one is not getting power. Also you can feel the airflow of each. Could be a blown fuse.

1. Leave door open turn Vac On. Bad motor will not spin with door open.
2. Us there a screen under the motors. Lift motors and look under to see if there is a screen and it's clogged.
3. Omitted. .
4. Just because you replaced a door gasket doesn't mean it's a good seal. Take a piece of tissue and move it around edge of closed door and see if it gets sucked in.
5. Pull hose off tank and see if there is suction at tank. You may only think hose is cleared.

Report solution when you find it.

Likely One motor is running and pulling air through the non-running motor. The JE ADAMS vac that I recently worked on had an inline fuse. Check to see if you have one.

I had a similar issue. Turned out my vacuum has plastic plugs that cover the concrete anchors inside the bottom of the vacuum. One of my plugs wore out and fell out resulting in complete loss of suction at the hose.

SOLVED- thanks to everyone for the wisdom. First time fixing something like this.

Upper Gaskets- J.E. Adams 8057 Replacement Motor Gasket
Door Gasket-J.E. Adams 8159 Replacement Door Gasket
Lower Gasket- J.E. Adams 8063 Bushing Gasket

I missed the lower gasket- did all the other ones. Easily a 50% suction loss.
