Unless you are washing about 100 cars per day in the auto, you have way too much water storage for what you are doing. You will need an ozone system that can recirculate all your water in a 30 to 60 minute period. Depending on how your pits are plumber this may not fix it all. You need to get the oxone into all the water to be effective. Sounds like whoever put the place together didn't know what he was doing.

As an Ozone generator and reclaim system manufacturer, I would recommend a 16 gm/hr Ozone Generator for the tanking you discribed. It requires proper mixing and distribution to the tanks to be effective and not corrosive to your wash equipment.

It's very important that Ozone be applied properly, too little or too much can create problems. Do it right and the odor will be gone overnight.

I would suggest a turnkey ozone system with pump, timer, injector system and controls.
