My slugbuster 2 with a led 6 is acting up. The little arm that rejects or accepts the coin is triggering constant and if you drop a quarter it gives you credit for 1.00

dollar , I cleaned it out and put it back together and its the same , this cant be the led 6 right ? I guess i have to replace this newer slugbuster short drop

with another one ?? any help is appreciated.

Dave from Michigan.

Did you try to adjust it? They can be finicky.

They have good tech support, try giving them a call.

There's nothing that you can do to fix it yourself. Trying to adjust won't do anything. You need to send it in to Parker Engineering for repair. It costs around $65 max to repair a Slugbuster II, sometimes it is less. If it's going to be over $65 they won't repair it.

If the sample coin is loose in the holder, that will cause the reject arm to constantly click. That may or may not be your issue, but something to check.
