Anyone know why or what's causing there to be chemicals in my solenoid (? relief valve? I believe it's called???)? It is happening on 3 of the chemicals but not on my other ones
So that's just it, I've dried it and as soon as it gets turned on and I get back there to look I can't tell exactly where it's all coming from cause it's spitting out a bunch of chemical and I can't tell if it's 1st coming out of that our 1 of the lines cause the lines are also dripping off chemical. I'm a 1 man show and no one to turn on while I'm already standing back there. So that's why I was coming here to see if anyone else would know what it'd be and what I need to do to fix it.Other possibilities. Bad Check Valve at bay allowing liquid to back feed thru the air line and leaking out
Maybe you can set up your phone to record it while you turn it off and on.So that's just it, I've dried it and as soon as it gets turned on and I get back there to look I can't tell exactly where it's all coming from cause it's spitting out a bunch of chemical and I can't tell if it's 1st coming out of that our 1 of the lines cause the lines are also dripping off chemical. Oh I do know on 2 of them that does it I seem to have issues with it starting every time I manually have to turn on those pre soak foamer prior to starting the wash. As well as the pre soak but this one is because it doesn't seem to start fast enough before the car gets to the pulse point (any ideas why? I already have it starting at pulse point 1 but it's still not enough time)Other possibilities. Bad Check Valve at bay allowing liquid to back feed thru the air line and leaking out
yeah none of the holes on all the solenoids are closed. They all have this same hole ad all are openIf you have a pressure gauge, would you consider checking the pressure during operation?
I also believe this hole is supposed to be closed off.
Please try operating it with that hole sealed.yea
