Soap at start up

For the last couple weeks, I've noticed a stronger than normal concentration of soap at startup on 3 of my 4 bays.

If I start up on any of the HP functions strong soap will come out for the first 5-10 seconds then it goes back to normal. I haven't had any complaints, but I'm aware of it so I want it fixed.

My setup uses an elevated soap tank that feeds a manifold on the input side of the pumps. NC solenoids control the flow of soap. I swapped out 2 solenoids that I thought would be the most likely to be failing. Nothing changed. I'll probably swap out the other 2 next week.

Any other ideas on where to troubleshoot?

I would look at the soap solenoid for the bay, take it apart and clean it , may just be some summer goo in the soap solenoid letting it slowly seep.

Does your presoak go in at the boom or do you have a system that uses the HP pump and a VF drive to run the presoak to the bay?
