I have a problem with the soap in my three bay car wash this is hannah coleman's super saver. I have soap in all three bays but when the soap in the tank runs out and the soap tank is filled, the soap no longer comes out in any bay and I have to purge it to get it working again. Any suggestions on how I can fix this problem. Also anybody know what the settings are for the pressure on air and product for the triple shine system because my is no foamy.

Your sucking air into the pump when you let it run out and that's not good, it should be refilling way before it runs out check the hydrominder float to ensure it still has enough sand inside of it to activate the refill process. As for the air issue, it sounds like it could be a solenoid valve not opening up or your chemical dilution is too low.
Thank you for responding! I actually just replaced my hydrominder so I would believe that may not be the problem, however I will check the solenoid valve and/or chemical dilution to see if it solves the issue. I will update you if it works out or not, thank you!

Are your water ball valves on the bottom of the tank half way? This will fix this problem.
As far as your tri foam issue, Factory set is usually 30psi air and 60psi product. But you can adjust to your liking

It has always worked for me in the past. It wont starve the pumps and you will never have to worry about the chemical not going through. The factory will tell you this as well.
