The power soap seems to be weak and I have made no changes. The tank has foamy mixture that appears to be same as usual, but when applied to vehicle it is not even milky. Do I need to change orifice to larger one? This is in all bays. Thx

Are you using a hydrominder? If so what will happen on the eductors on the hydrominders will sometimes get clogged from powdered soaps. I would disconnect the chemical supply tube from your suction stub. Then put your finger over the metering tip and pull your float down on the hydrominder to see if you feel suction on your finger. If there is little to no suction, I would make sure you do not have any blockages in your metering tip and then twist off the suction stub and check your eductor for any type of debris that may be restricting your flow. If you do have any debris in your eductor clean it out and change your metering tip out for a new one, you might have to change out the eductor too. Try what I mentioned first. If that doesn't work I'll need more info on your setup.

Assuming you mean that your soap is now weaker than it was last month, then +1 what the other guys said. Always look at the easy & common stuff first. A couple additions:
check foot valve
confirm that water pressure & flow has not changed for any reason

Agree with others. Foot valve Holding? Educator Sucking? Tip not clogged? Water not draining / siphoning back to suppply barrel diluting supply? Injector working? Solenoid supplying injector opening?

If you have gravity tanks and syphon feed soap, its possible you have debris in one of the soap solenoids allowing water to flow back into the soap tank diluting the mixture. Especially if your hot/cold water float tank level is higher than the soap tank level. Although, if this is the problem, it will take soap longer to get to each bay since the soap supply lines will have pure water in them. Then about all you can do is inspect each solenoid to find the culprit....

Do the easy stuff first like suggested....Then....Start checking soap solenoids...
