Softgloss clear coat not pumping

Hello again,
I’d really appreciate some help troubleshooting my Softgloss XS clear coat issue; it’s not pumping. I don’t have arches. Here’s where I am so far:
At amtt:
Tried enabling Clear coat option 1
Tried enabling clear coat option 2
In chem room:
Clear coat pump replaced and working.
Relay K90, base and connections to pump tested and working.
On Softgloss:
On board Relay replaced (k42) and
relay base replaced.
It seems like there’s no power at k42 (I inserted a stuck relay in k42 base and still no response from pump).
Any thoughts would be welcome.

Your machine was built to include both ClearCoat as well as Surface Sealant (RainShield). To make this work properly, you need to have timer D874 set to a value of 2. This will allow the clearcoat to be actuated by PLC output Y42 using relay K90, and your Surface Sealant to turn on through PLC output Y43 and relay K43.

To arm for ClearCoat, you should arm for ClearCoat A (or 1).
