I don't remember which CB circuit it was, but it was one of the solenoid coils had gone bad and was popping the breaker.

When something like this happens at my wash I try to watch the video or in person to see exactly when it stops or trips. Just from what you said I would suspect a solenoid is causing the breaker to trip.

Steve, each of those 5A breakers supply too many outputs to list on a forum, but they are clearly identified on the electrical schematic. If you look on the output page, those breakers are shown at the top of each column. Many times when you are experiencing one of those breakers tripping, the root cause will be the coil of a water valve shorting that are fed by that breaker.

The solenoid for the Hot Wax was in fact the issue but I wish it wouldn't have taken down the Foam Bath, Tri Foam, Surface Sealant and Dryer, Lord Jesus protector of all that is good and holy watch over my wash amen.

Ideally the manufacturer would have put in separate circuit breakers for each one....that being said price is important when trying to sell new automatics so maybe it wouldn't have been a good idea. At this point you could put either inline fuse at each solenoid or if they have room you could put in a little din rail mount circuit breaker for each function back in the cabinet.

I like how newer system coming into the market these days have the capability to have a on screen monitor in the equipment room to point you to the problem even have a picture and part number to expedite troubleshooting.
