softgloss maxx stops after trifoam

The wash will start up do the rocker panel pass and then apply the trifoam pass and park at home give green light to customer. Then I can send the same customer back through and it will wash them fine start to finish. Diagnostics shows 1004 car left early, but it only does this about 3 or 4 times a day sporadic and doesn't seem to matter what size vehicle because it will wash the same vehicle fine. I have aligned sensors and changed sensors. Tech has come out and of course can't get it to act up. Its driving me crazy! Fresh water rinse valve was replaced on top of machine didnt stop the issue.
 
If it's flagging a vehicle left early code, it's likely losing the bayswitch signal for more than a few seconds so it thinks the vehicle has left. It should usually give you a few minutes to get back into position before it would fully reset. I'd recommend you call in on our customer line 844-627-9274 and select the tech support option, then Ryko.
