Sometimes it's the little things that your customers enjoy

Since yesterday was Valentines Day, I stopped at a grocery store on the way to the wash, and bought a bunch of chocolate covered strawberries. Every woman that came to the wash was offered one(after I explained I was the owner and not some street bum), and every single one accepted. They all thought it was simply wonderful. Cost me around ten bucks but I bet all of them went somewhere and told their family and friends.

Well I think its a great idea. Often I hand out trees and just say thanks for your business. A little goes a long way in this industry. Good on ya!
