The info on the sonnys site says that one set of wraps concentrates more on the front of the car and the other on the rear. From what I can see on the videos, neither set really follows the car and the reverse set of wraps on the entrance side of the mitter pretty much function the same as the standard set on the exit side. Any one have experience with the spiders and can shed some light on them?

Thanks.

Had them for a few years. (Got damaged in a roof collapse.) Entrance / reverse wraps do not follow as well as exit side because arc of the pivot moves away from the direction of travel. I would say at a conveyor speed of 120 CPH or less it's not really an issue. If you are in an area that deals with front end bugs a lot this may be a way to address the issue as opposed to adding something like grill brushes. If you run a fast line and aren't concerned about bugs then exit side / regular wraps may be a better choice. When I had to replace the damaged 901 mitter spyder wrap (Which does heck of a job in the footprint it uses) I went with exit side wraps.
